Our Story
Designed and created in Galway, in the west of Ireland by handball players.
Used around the world by handball enthusiasts.
Working to promote handball. We believe that technology has solutions to benefit and modernise handball games. The concept came from a background of a referee of games using paper methods, handball players wondering the score, handball court administrators trying to promote events and the game in a modern way.
- It all started with our Scoreboard App, designed to support and assist players/referees to manage their handball games
- Extended this to incorporate a venue scoreboard designed especially for handball and to modernize any court
- Further expanded to engage the handball community by sending live scores to the web
- Added full Fixtures, draws and results on web. All powered by our App
- Powered the live scoring 2024 World Handball Championships

Do you provide the Scoreboard Screen?
We do not provide the screen. This cost can be budgeted by the venue depending on their needs. Local businness might have unused screens which reduce the costs further.
What type screen do I need?
The scoreboard is designed to work with any modern TV that has a HDMI cable. The size of the screen is dependent on what space you have available. In smaller gallerys a 32" screen is sufficient while in larger spaces a 65" would look more natural.
Do I need to have Internet or WiFi?
No. The Handball Scoreboard provides it's own local wifi for connecting to the phone/device with the app. If you do have internet in the venue then connect it using a cable and the scoreboard now can send results to the web.
Is this worked using bluetooth?
No the device uses Wifi to connect.
We have two courts side by side. Do I need two scoreboards?
No the scoreboard can operate in splitscreen mode where it shows stats from two games at once side by side. Perfect for two courts venues.
Do I need to turn the scoreboard on each time I use it?
The Scoreboard will go into low power mode when not in use and will turn off any TV connected. Once you start the app again, the scoreboard will power back on ready for use.
